Full Journal pdf2004-05-11 House Journal Page 4306 HB 533 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4211) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 533(JUD) "An Act relating to the state's administrative procedures and to judicial oversight of administrative matters." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 533(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 533(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 533(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 533(JUD)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 533(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
