Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 4211) on the following at                                   
this time:

     "An Act relating to the state's administrative procedures and to                               
     judicial oversight of administrative matters."

amendment to CSHB 533(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 533(FIN),                                        
and recommended that the members vote yes.
